Seamus Kennedy - RIP

IrishCycling.com would like to extend their sympathies to the friends & family of Seamus Kennedy who passed away yesterday afternoon at the Mater Hospital in Dublin.
A former Rás winner in 1978, Seamus was well know to many in the cycling community for many years. He was a long time member of Navan Road Club and more recently he joined Dunboyne Club which was close to his home in Kilcloon.
He will be greatly missed by many.
Funeral Details
Removal to his family home in Kilcloon (Between Dunboyne & Maynooth) on Wednesday where Seamus’s remains will be reposing from 6.00pm followed by a wake overnight.
The Funeral Mass will take place at 11.00am on Thursday morning in Kilcloon Church in Co. Meath.
