The Garda Cycling Club promotion in the Phoenix Park Dublin. A massed start race covering 25 laps of the two mile circuit finishing on the Main road. The race was won by Tony Lally, with Jamie McGahan 2nd, Seamus Kennedy 3rd, Brendan Madden 4th, Tommy Mannion 5th and Adrian Byrne 6th.
