There was a good gathering of Fingal Councillors, Town Councillors and local sporting people on the new inner relief road in Balbriggan on Tuesday afternoon. They were there to celebrate the naming of the new road in memory of one of Balbriggan’s greatest sports people, World Champion Cyclist Harry Reynolds.
