3. GC: How did you get started in cycling?

    RS:  With JP, racing around car parks.

4. GC:  What was your first win?

    RS:  In ICF terms, a race in Fermoy, in 1991.

5. GC: How often do you train?

    RS:  On average, once a day.

6. GC: Favourite training spin?

    RS:  In Ireland , a trip back across the mountains from lambers, in GC any spin that involves the Hierba Heurtha singletrack

7.GC: Best result / performance to date?

    RS: 34^th in the World Championships and riding at the back of a four man group in 11^th place starting the last lap at 99 Euros is best ride.

 8. GC: Ambition in cycling?

    RS:  To learn to wheelie !

9. GC: Favourite professional cyclist?

    RS:  Tarja

10. GC: Pet hates?

      RS:  Wankers skidding on my singletracks and then doing no maintenance!

11. GC: How do you relax?

      RS:  A good cup of coffee.

12. GC: Do you think 3^rd Cats should be re-introduced?

      RS: I think they should have dropped the first category.

13. GC: Apart from Ireland, where have you raced?

      RS: Europe, North America, Australia,

14. GC: Who will be the next Irish rider to win a Tour De France stage?

      RS: Can’t answer that

15. GC: Favourite race?

      RS: Houffalize or any grim Belgian race.

16. GC: Best rider you have raced against?

      RS: Currently mighty mouse – Miguel Martinez.

      RS; Once or twice!

18. GC: What makes you a good cyclist?

      RS: Fast CPU

      RS;  Would I have kids?
