Fraser Duncan received the leaders jersey from Harry Sherratt 

The USHER Insulations Leinster Ladies Team

The riders leave Dunboyne for stage 3

At 8 miles into the race a few riders go clear

Main bunch only 50 metres behind

A few more join the leaders

At 10 miles a break of 2 lead the race

Time to make faces

The main bunch 15 seconds behind

Out front having started 5 minutes ahead the Ladies are about 
to be caught at 15 miles into the race

Theo Hardwick is not giving up

A bit of a scatter as they catch the ladies

A few riders try to jump across to the ladies group like yesterday

Now at 18 miles gone we have 3 new leaders

and 3 chasers

The main bunch

The 3 leaders have about 10 seconds

More riders try to leave the bunch and join the leaders

Theo Hardwick looking good for this years Junior Tour

Ahh stop looking around - you've 15 seconds now

A few more riders try to cross as the climb on the Mullagh circuit

The Yellow Jersey has it all under control 

Number 102 is keeping guard at the rear

Now we have a group of riders join up with the leaders 

Now we have 10 riders in the leading group

The gap to the bunch is about 20 seconds at 27 miles

The leaders have a good gap but keep looking behind 'a bad sign'

They don't look very organised

Gap now at 25 seconds - 33 miles into the race

There going for it now - about 35 seconds gap to the bunch

Main bunch

More riders try to break clear of the bunch at 38 miles

Yellow Jersey in main bunch

Now at 40 miles they are loosing time to the bunch - gap 20 seconds

Ahh lads - lets all sit up and be caught

They were caught and more go clear

Look lads you got a gap

Lennie Kirk knows how to put on the pressure when the bunch is 
breathing down your neck

And its worked - Now there's only 8 miles to go

The heat is on

Good win for Emmet Hogan of Galway, the bunch only seconds behind 

Len Corrigan takes the bunch gallop

Number 102 finishes safely at the rear end of the race
